Hi,

I am  feeling very refreshed after the summer and it’s now time for the 2010/11 season, of which I am really looking forward to.

I have recently just returned from China after a 3 week duration.  The standard of training was very high and proved very beneficial.

My next tournament is the European Championships commencing on the 11th September which is being held in Ostrava (Czech Republic).  Thereafter, in October The Commonwealth Games in New Dehli, India.
