I first represented England at the 2000 English Schools competition in the Isle of Man at the age of twelve.  I was very excited to make my debut playing for my country.  Thereafter, I went on to compete in the Cadet Six Nations in France.

In 2003 I was selected to play in the Youth Olympic Festival in Paris; this was a fantastic experience.

I was first selected for the senior team in 2003 at the age of fifteen.  I took part in the European Championships in Italy.  I was selected for the World Team Championships in Qatar later that year.

One of the greatest and most memorable experiences was representing England at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia in 2006.
